Specialty Coffee House in Stockport

know.

Truly Great Coffee

Our house coffee is a blend of beans from Brazil and Guatemala.

Origin: Brazil & Guatemala
Processing: Natural (Brazil) & Washed (Guatemala)

If you have recently visited our shop, you might have noticed that we've made a change to our house blend. This new blend retains the same characteristics as the previous one, with the thickness and velvety mouthfeel derived from the Brazilian beans, while the Guatemalan beans add a touch of fig-like sweetness.

In addition to our house blend, we always offer more than one Single-Origin Espresso (SOE) option on-site. Please feel free to inquire about our latest selections.

Pour-over
Coffee

taste.

Hand drip coffee, also known as pour-over coffee, is a brewing method where hot water is manually poured over ground coffee beans. This allows the water to slowly drip through the coffee grounds, extracting the flavors and aromas. It involves a simple setup consisting of a filter, a dripper (such as a V60, Chemex, or Kalita Wave), and a carafe or mug to collect the brewed coffee.

Hand drip coffee provides precise control over brewing variables, including water temperature, pouring technique, and extraction time. This method is favored by coffee enthusiasts who appreciate the ability to fine-tune the brewing process to achieve specific flavor profiles. It often results in a clean, flavorful cup of coffee with distinctive characteristics based on the coffee beans used and the brewing parameters applied.

Feel free to ask our barista about our selection of seasonal coffee beans.
